Step 6: Members

Step 6 asks who does this team need? Here you add the AI employees. You set up each member's details in Step 7, but you can fill in the full form right away when you add them.

Role coverage

The Role coverage strip shows the five roles in order: Manager, Worker, Synthesizer, Critic and Actor. A held role shows a check. A role your playbook needs but nobody holds is flagged, and admins get a hire button on it. Hover to see If missing: …, for example that without a Manager "no one will run the team".

If a needed role is empty, the team still runs but skips those steps and reports done.

Add a member

  1. Click Add member

Click the Add member card (admins only). A modal titled Add a member opens. The first member defaults to the Manager role, later ones to Worker.

  2. Fill in the member form

The form has four tabs (Identity, Job, Access, Authority). See Step 7 for every field.

  3. Hire

Click Bring (name) on. A toast says the member is on the team and shows their starting trust. If you close the modal with unsaved edits you are asked Discard this new member?.

The roster

Each member card shows an avatar, name, role, trust level, job summary and the systems they are held to (or All team systems). Two actions:

  • Configure — jumps to step 7 for that member.
  • Remove (admins) — asks Remove (name)? and then Remove member. You can add a new member later.

When there are no members the panel says "No members yet", and Configure members stays disabled.

Continuing

Click Configure members.

Next: Step 7: Member Configuration.
