After You Deploy

Once deployed, the Force lives at its own workspace. This page covers what you can do there.

Give your team a job

On Overview, type into "Ask your team, or hand off a job…" and click Give your team a job. Each job is a case with a status of Working, Needs you, Done, Failed or Cancelled. Approvals show up under Needs you and in the Approvals area.

Who can do what

AccessWhat it allows
AdminEverything: edit setup, hire members, deploy, schedules, triggers, standups, reset, archive and delete. The owner and platform admins have it
OperateAsk the team, answer questions, cancel runs, try members on past cases
ViewRead everything and make your own copy

For Forces in a shared project, project owners are admins, contributors can operate, and viewers can view. A personal Force is owner-only.

Common tasks

  • Edit the Force. Click the pencil Edit Force to reopen the wizard at step 1.
  • Edit a member. Use Edit on the member's card.
  • Pause a member. Pause keeps them on the roster but excludes them from runs. Resume includes them again.
  • Make my own copy. Click the duplicate icon. Name the copy and its project, then Make my copy. Everyone in the copy starts in Shadowing, and email triggers and connections are not copied.
  • Reset the team. Click the reset icon and type the team name to confirm. It clears runs, member chats, learned memories and pending approvals, but keeps members, playbook and project.
  • Archive, restore or delete. Use the ⋯ menu on the Force's card. Delete is permanent and removes runs, members and the playbook.

The AI Employees page

AI Employees in the sidebar lists everyone hired across all your Forces, one card per hire, with their Force, role, trust level and model. Filter by Force, role or trust, click a card to open its Force, or the pencil icon (admins only) to edit that member.
