Settings
Settings is where you manage the keys, connections and devices that Nexus uses on your behalf. It is a group of five pages at the bottom of the Nexus sidebar.
Screenshot placeholder
The five pages
| Page | What you do there | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| AI Model Keys | Add your own AI provider keys, choose default models, set spend limits | People with the AI credentials permission |
| Desktop | Connect your computer, manage its key, approvals and robot accounts | Nexus admins |
| Connectors | Connect your accounts, such as Outlook or Salesforce, for tools to use | Everyone |
| Service API Keys | Store keys for services like web search | Nexus admins |
| Learned Rules | See and forget memories learned from your knowledge base | Nexus admins |
If you do not have the permission for a page, it does not appear in the menu. If none of the five apply to you, the whole Settings group is hidden.

Things to know
- The group link goes nowhere on its own. Clicking the Settings row only expands it. The old address
/nexus/settings/aionly forwards to AI Model Keys, and/nexus/settingsopens Connectors. - Robot Accounts is not a separate menu item. It is a tab on the Desktop page.
- The Secrets Vault used to be in this group. It is now under Governance and Security.
- One page, several names. AI Model Keys is titled "AI Credentials & Model Defaults" on the page and "AI credentials" in the avatar menu. Connectors is titled "My Connectors". Desktop is titled "Desktop Agent".
