My Work
My Work is a personal list of the work you have produced through Nexus. Today it shows your skill runs, newest first.

Who can see it, and how to open it
My Work is the row after My Agents and before Approvals in the left sidebar.
You see the row only when both are true:
- You have Nexus admin permission.
- The feature is turned on for your organization. It is off by default.
If either is missing, the row simply does not appear and nothing explains why. Ask your administrator.
- Direct link. Even with the row hidden,
/workspace/my-workopens if you have the permission. - No permission. You see Access Denied ("You do not have the required permissions to access this page (nexus.admin)…") and a Return home button.
- Home page. The Workspace Home page has a See all → button and a My Work tile that link here, but its "Recent Work" block is currently always empty.
The page
The title is My Work. The subtitle reads "Everything produced through your APEX activity." (APEX is an older product name.)

There is no sorting. Items are always newest first.
What an item shows
Each skill run appears as a card with:
- A sparkle icon.
- The skill's name as the title.
- The skill name again, with the date it was last updated.
Cards are not clickable. There is no status, result or link to open the run.

What you see when there is nothing

There are no pop-up messages, detail drawers or forms on this page.
The pending badge
The small number beside My Work (and beside Approvals) is the number of items waiting for your decision. It is not a count of items on this page. It adds up:
- Workflow approvals
- Connector actions waiting for approval
- Desktop approvals and desktop runs waiting for approval
- Agent Force decisions
It refreshes about every 30 seconds, and goes down as you decide on items on the Approvals page. Open Approvals to act on them.
