Projects
A project is a workspace in Nexus that groups related chats around one topic, such as "Q3 Sales Review". Each project has its own memory space, a knowledge base for files and text, and instructions that apply to every chat inside it.
How projects fit together
- Chats belong to exactly one project. Chats you start outside a named project go into your Personal project.
- Memory. Each project has a memory space where facts captured from its chats are kept.
- Knowledge base and files. Files and text you add to a project are indexed so every chat in the project can search them.
- Instructions. A short brief that is added to every chat in the project as a system-prompt addendum.
- Forces. An Agent Force can be attached to a project. A project groups data and chats, while a Force groups AI employees.
